Needed: SWE member to serve on Advisory Board at DeVry University, North Brunswick

Are you working in the field of computer information systems? DeVry is seeking a SWE member to serve on their Computer Information Systems Advisory Board. Although no specific experience is required, SWE members who have experience managing and hiring new graduates would be especially valuable.

A brief description of the Murray Center can be found at:

The base time commitment is very low (one half-day meeting per year) and

additional time depends on the Board Member's level of involvement with various Center programs and initiatives.

bullet Clare Booth Luce Program – This program, which promotes the advancement of American women through higher education in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics, is sponsoring a $10,000 fellowship for graduate study, with a preference for those expressing a career interest in academia.
bullet Bentley/SWE Graduate Merit Scholarship - An annual half-to-full tuition scholarship will be awarded to a SWE member pursuing full-time graduate business study at Bentley (MBA, MS, Dual Degree). At Bentley’s McCallum Graduate School of Business, focus is placed on the academic success and support of African American, Latino, Asian and Native American Students.
